Is the sitcom “The Game” back for a 4th season?…

So according to BV Buzz Bet and Paramount are trying to work out a deal to get the sports comedy sitcom back and running by May of this year. From my understanding the CEO of BET Debra Lee, and her Co President Loretha Jones has been working very hard to make it fit there budget.

HIPHOPUCIT is saying that the deal is basically done, but the trick is to get all of the cast members back under contract, seeing as though there contract ended in June of 2009. Another minor issue is Coby Bell (who plays Jason Pitts) is now apart of the USA show “Burn Notice”, so he probably wont be in every episode of the Game, but he will be a recurring actor. Once everything is clear they will be begin filming the show in Atlanta, and Mara Brock Akil will be the remaining executive producer…

I am trying not be too excited, because what if it doesn’t fall through??..Or what if the show isn’t the same?? and Coby Bell was the funniest in the show (well to me)…hmm I don’t know we will just have to wait and see…
