The REAL story behind Halle Berry

Since the song with it big on the charts, “Halle Berry (She Bad)” has been amongst the biggest club bangers nationwide.  The song has been on the billboard top 100 since April, in regular rotation on every radio station’s playlist, and has even had national promotion on the BET awards and several talk shows (including the sexy Halle Berry dancing to it herself on Ellen) (click here).  But just like with any thing, there is rarely success  without controversy.  This song is no exception.

Industry professionals, fans, and those who are “in the know” have all speculated the true facts regarding the creation of the song and the original production of the hit track.  Here at AwkwordSilence.com we provide nothing but the facts and the real scoop.

The song “Halle Berry” was originally created by artist Supastaar and featured Dorrough Music on it.  Supastaar produced the original beat and later had PTC producer Q Smith remake the beat for better quality.  The song took off and was later sold to Hurricane Chris.. and you know the rest.  All of the scrutiny as risen an all time high now that Hurricane has been seen in many interviews, award shows, etc proclaiming what his thoughts were when he created and wrote the song (click here). (Hmm)  A lot of fans who know the real deal (like myself) still wish that there was someway the originators of the song were able to release the version that we can to know and love before all the hype and the video, but that is no longer possible.
