So I build Lego toys (mostly Star Wars). What do I have to show for it. We’ll a happy 5 year old that I mentor. Other than that nothing. Do I mind. Of course not, gotta keep my padawan in the know with the freshest SW toys. Lego has taken it one step further. They stepped up to the fashion plate, and it looks like they hit a home run. Now kids can build there own sunglasses. Which I think is important, because of the whole UV thing and the eyes. I won’t go into the scientific explanation of the UV effects on the eyes, but needless to say it damaging. Most kids don’t like sunglasses, I’m hopefully now they will. They can design the glasses them selves. It looks like they can do what ever they want to them. Lego got together with Lynx Optique outta France, and came up with a design where the kids can put what ever kind of Lego blocks on the sides of the glasses. I have a feeling I’ll be making some Star Wars one for the little guy.
